Kenney Appraisal Services has been specializing in the valuation of residential real property in Hampton Roads since 1993. Our firm has demonstrated expertise in the Sale Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Income Approach; as needed to develop an opinion of market value for residential single family homes, small income producing properties, vacant land, and mixed-use properties for mortgage banking, government funded loans, private estate/portfolio management, divorce/marital asset separation, REO valuation, and tax purposes.

Recognized professionally for quality of work on multiple occasions and identified as “Extraordinary Appraisers” with awards received for “Outstanding performance, customer service, and commitment to quality.” Our firm is adept in utilizing a diverse assortment of recognized valuation techniques and analysis for support of both adjustments and value conclusions. Including, but not limited to, measuring to ANSI standards, simple linear regression, direct paired sale analysis, market sensitivity, income capitalization, and depreciated replacement costs.
