Mark has been engaged in the appraisal of residential real estate in the Hampton Roads area since 1976 with over 35 years experience. He takes pride in his knowledge of local market areas and trends needed for true geographical competency in local real estate appraisal. Richard Ben Kenney

Certified Residential Appraiser

Born in Virginia Beach, Ben has lived and worked in the Hampton Roads market area his whole life. After joining Kenney Appraisal Services full time in January of 2004, Ben has been engaged in real estate appraisal for the past 18 years. In that time, he has gained considerable experience by performing all types of residential valuation in varying market conditions with an emphasis on providing quality appraisals that meet current appraisal trends and assignment conditions. Utilizing his geographical competency, experience, and professional know-how, you can count on Ben providing a quality and reliable appraisal that meets your needs.

Linda Kenney

Co-Owner / Office Manager

Born in Tampa Florida, and a native of Virginia Beach since 1972, Linda's previous career was as a banker where she worked for 20 years before eventually retiring as a Vice President. After Kenney Appraisal Services, Inc. was established in 1993, Linda became Office Manager and currently oversees daily operations of the business, including scheduling, billing, and client interaction.
